Our story
The way back to life as you knew it.
Our founder started in construction at 15 and has more than 50 years in the trade. He's worked every side of it: new residential and commercial construction, tenant finish-out, remodels, and insurance repair. In the 1970s and '80s, he helped build large commercial projects that shaped the Dallas skyline.
Today Way is run by a father-and-son ownership team. Most of our crew has been with us since the beginning, and we usually have 40 to 60 projects underway at once, from small repairs to multi-million-dollar rebuilds.
